If the Simpsons go on for a 26th season, what plots do you think might show up or would you like to show up?

There have been some pretty wild ones in actual episodes such as Marge becoming a police officer and a champion weightlifter so feel free to go wild.

You should, however, refrain from plot suggestions that are *too* out of character like Lisa becoming an born again evangelist or Bart becoming a vegetarian.

Who needs heroes anyway?

To fulfill a school assignment, Lisa sets out to write a paper about a famous person she admires. First she starts out with Helen Keller, but then discoverers she was a socialist and a supporter of the Soviet Union. Ned Flanders get's word of it and starts a one main campaign to ban books by and about her from the school library.

She then starts to write about Charles Lindbergh but has second thoughts when she learns of his antisemitism and pro NAZI stance prior to WWII.

Not to be so easily defeated she starts to write about Lewis Carrol but after a nerdy kid she meets in the library remarks "Yeah, he'd really like you!" she finds that there are some questions about his character as well.

Finally she winds up writing a paper about Grandpa Simpson. Though he's not exactly famous and his exploits are mostly imaginary, nobody can think of anything really bad to say about him. Despite the questionable veracity of much of the material, the teacher gives her an A- anyway because the paper is so well written and quite entertaining.

Meanwhile, Bart discovers he has an unexpected talent for chess. This leads to match against Comic Book Guy. After he beats CBG 6 times in a row Bart tires of it and does a really dumb move that should result in quick defeat. Instead, CBG causes a stalemate and Bart, fed up, angrily tosses the board into the air and storms off, CBG calls out to him saying "Ah HAH! That counts as a victory!"

Marge is beside herself when Maggie starts spelling out "naughty" words with her blocks. After some discussion she decides to take to a psychiatrist but she can't get her to duplicate the behavior in front of him.

That night she comes home to find Bart watching a show called "Cursing Crum Crunchers" and Marge realizes Where Maggie got it from. With a sigh of relief she says "I'm sure you were just imitating the babies on TV and had no idea what you were spelling!"

Maggie, out of Marge's view, gets an evil grin on her face and raises her bow a few times as if it were her eye brows.

Meanwhile, Homer, after getting hit on the head accidentally by Barney, starts speaking with a french accent, gives up beer and becomes a wine Connoisseur. Barney, missing the old homer, deliberately whacks homer on the back of the head, hoping this will restore him. Unfortunately, Homer now starts talking with a Russian accent and begins drinking vodka.
