I'm reading now that some of the Classic 39 titles have changed.

The Babysitter is now BEnsonhurst 3-7741

Pardon My Glove is now House Beautiful

Head of the House is now Ralph's Big Mouth

Trapped is now Ralph Kramden: Hero at Large

I have never seen a thread here about this nor seen anything from CBS or the Gleason estate.

How are we confirming this?
Does anyone have any info?

The titles "House Beautiful," "Ralph's Big Mouth," and "Ralph Kramden: Hero at Large" have been used for over a decade now. If I remember correctly, they first appeared on TVLand.com's episode list when they were showing The Honeymooners. According to that list, both "Head of the House" AND "Mind Your Own Business" were renamed "Ralph's Big Mouth," which makes things very confusing. As for "BEnsonhurst 3-7741," that was the original title of "The Babysitter," before they realized that was an actual working phone number. After the episode was filmed, the "3" was dubbed over with "0" any time somebody said the number.

Actually, I can remember seeing the online TV listings in 1998 and I saw the title "Ralph's Big Mouth." The episode the guide was referring to had the older title "Mind Your Own Business."
