It's from the 1964 movie "For Those Who Think Young," and oddly enough, Bob Denver also appeared in the film. Her character was named Topaz McQueen and she played an exotic dancer who was also a mathematical genius.

BTW, as it relates to the plot of the movie; her character is taking those two hot dogs to the characters played by Woody Woodbury and Paul Lynde.
