Olympic Track Star To Appear on "The Young & the Restless" -- EXCLUSIVE

U.S. Olympic track & field star Kerron Clement will make an appearance in the Oct. 12 episode of "The Young and the Restless", EW has learned. Clement — who ran in the 400M hurdle finales in London — will play an extra in the Coffeehouse.
It turns out the Trinidad-born athlete — who holds the indoor world record in the 400-meter sprint — has been a fan of the CBS sudser since the 90s.
“I always thought that it would have been fun to be apart of such an incredible cast,” he said in a statement. “I’m very thankful to be a part of the show now. Acting is certainly a passion of mine, and I will definitely continue to study and get better. And, I hope they consider me for another role again.”
