If Futurama really is ending next year (depending on how the DVDs sell), it could be renewed for 2014. It's all up in the air now. Anyway, if it did end, when years and years have passed, all the fans on the message boards who bashed the new season since it's comeback will all look back on it with regret.

They would feel bad about how much they've wasted their time, and complained about the characters. It's all been "Bender's dominating the show", or "Leela's acting like a psychopath". And even "Bender episodes are hit or miss." What kind of episodes do they want? Do they want to see Fry and Leela all 'Joanie and Chachi' with each other and all the episodes revolve around them and their relationship? Or do they want an episode where Leela gets kidnapped by say.....Zapp clones and Fry leads an uprising to rescue her? (That happened to her in the recent comic book). Or one where they go to a clocl planet, and Bender plays a prank on the clocks, and they chase after them and kidnap Leela and auction her off and Fry and Bender beat up the clocks? Then they find that it wasn't the real Leela and they find out she's held in some warehouse, and they beat up more clocks, save her, and Fry and Leela passionately kiss? This years Bender episodes were cool! Would they rather see a Zapp episode?

They would regret that they bashed the new seasons because of continuity errors, F/L relationship wasn't the main primary focus, and talking over and over again about what they don't like about the new season. They will realize that they didn't take the time to see just how awesome and radical the new seasons really were! Then they're going to wish Futurama was back again!

Also, Futurama fans will regret that the only thing some fans thought the show was all about was the Fry/Leela relationship. It's just goes to show how dense some people are. What about the adventures they go on? What about all the social commentary and rips on famous celebrities and politicans, and pop culture references? There's more to it then the F/L relationship. Wouldn't anyone like to see Hermes, Amy, and Zoidberg go on an adventure? Also, people hated it when two different characters had their own adventures like Amy and Nibbler, Leela and Lrrr, and Hermes and Bender. I loved seeing that!

Isn't that what's wrong with the internet and in today's society? Always trying to find fault so we can have an excuse to complain? The new seasons since 2010 have been excellent and wonderful. Sure, there's been a few disapointments just like everything else in life, but the whole show is not a disapointment at all. I'm happy it came back, why can't people just be happy with what they have? That's why the American Economy collapsed.

So, if it really is ending next year, all those people who complained will be begging to see it come back again! I doubt it will end after next year. It will be back, like it always says, It Can Never Stay Dead!

My favorite episodes are The Six Million Dollar Mon and The Thief of Baghead!
