How long does it take for CBS Home Entertainment (and Ken Ross) to answer letters about Classic TV shows (like The Andy Griffith Show on Blu-Ray)?
I wrote to them a week ago, and haven't heard back yet.

They receive a lot of mail. I wouldn't expect a response, but they likely received your letter or e-mail.
