You know, I'm not sure if the rest of you agree with me, but considering that Nick at Nite brought back "Full House," Nick at Nite should also bring back "Growing Pains" in a Nick at Nite programming block I dub "Keeping Up with the Camerons" (named after E! Entertainment's "Keeping Up with the Kardashians").

Nick at Nite could air the programming block from 8-10 p.m. ET by airing FH at 8 p.m. with 2 episodes per night followed by GP from 9-10 p.m. ET.

Nick at Nite did air Growing Pains back in 2007. The ratings were not good.
