There's a new doc at Seattle Grace.

"A Different World's" Dominic Hoffman will guest-star on "Grey's Anatomy" this season, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.



Like the other Season 9 guest stars, details on his role are being kept under wraps, but we can reveal that he'll play a doctor at Seattle Grace for at least one episode.

This begs the question: What kind of doctor is he? He seems a bit old to be an intern, right?



"Grey's Anatomy" returns Thursday, Sept. 27 at 9/8c on ABC.
