Because she was one of their children. There were episodes for each of the Huxtable children. The are only 4 episodes that I can't stand.

I can understand if she was about 11 but not 5. That is way too young for a character to have a entire episode based on them

the sleepover episode was a good episode, I didn't see anything wrong with that episode. The fairy tale episode sucked, the episode when Cliff has the dream with the muppets in it sucked, the episode when Olivia has her dream sucked, the episode with Miriam Makeba sucked.

The episode that you're talking about was wya way way better than the ones that I listed.

the sleepover episode was a good episode, I didn't see anything wrong with that episode. The fairy tale episode sucked, the episode when Cliff has the dream with the muppets in it sucked, the episode when Olivia has her dream sucked, the episode with Miriam Makeba sucked.

What about the one where Vanessa and Rudy wreck the upstairs and are sent to the basement to sleep. I never realized how whiny Rudy and Vanessa really were (to think that I'm the same age in real life as Keshia Knight Pulliam). I like any episode that has to do with Theo (my favorite Huxtable).

That episode was fine because it was a sister vs sister issue not a episode with Rudy and 9 of her friends who were all 6 years old

Those are the only eps of the cosby show I avoid

I was around Rudy's age when that episode aired and it was HUGE the next day at my school. Most of the girls in my class were doing the hand clap bit.

That particular episode at the time was made especially for kids that were 5 and 6 years old which was mentioned in the beginning of the episode when it aired on NBC

I can understand a rule where every character gets their own episode, but I can see where those episodes might not be right for everybody . I liked the "fairy tale" episode . I thought it was imaginative . I also liked the episode where Olivia has her dream because it showcased the rivalry between Olivia and Rudi . I liked the episode with Miriam Makeba . I don't remember the episode when Cliff has the dream with the Muppets in it .

I liked the episode about Rudi's sleepover . I think it's interesting to observe what TV writers put into the shows they write . Have you ever seen two characters on a TV show do a routine that had nothing to do with the plot, but it was funny or entertaining ? How about when a character sings a song ? Those scenes have nothing to do with the episode's plot, but they're entertaining .

I used to say Bill Cosby could read the phone book and be funny . Imagine a scene from The Cosby Show where Cliff had to look up a number in the phone book, and he read a few names in a funny voice . The writers of The Cosby Show probably decided to do the episode about Rudi's sleepover because Bill Cosby was so good with kids, and that episode gave him several kids to tease and joke around with . That episode did give him some genuinely funny moments .

Nobody mentioned the episode where Danny Kaye played the Huxtable family's dentist . The main focus of that episode was that Rudi's little friend, Peter, was afraid of the dentist . When Peter finally got to the dentist, Danny Kaye had his chance to tease him and joke around with him . That episode probably had all the flaws the other episodes had, but Danny Kaye's routine might have been entertaining enough to rescue it .

Rudy should have had one episode revolve around her ONCE a season.

I did like the episode when her friend spend the night and woke up cliff in the middle of the night so he can take her home lol
