Elisha Cuthbert Engaged to Dion Phaneuf

It was certainly an eventful Labor Day weekend for Elisha Cuthbert, who accepted boyfriend Dion Phaneuf's marriage proposal.
"Happily, happily, happily engaged!! This has been the most amazing weekend ever," the "Happy Endings" star tweeted on Sunday.
Cuthbert and Phaneuf, who plays for the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs, began dating in 2008 and held an engagement party Sunday at the New Glasgow Lobster house in Prince Edward Island, Canada, with about 40 guests in attendance, according to Us Weekly.
"Elisha looked very happy and pleased," a restaurant source told the magazine. "She was showing off her ring to her family and the wait staff. The female wait staff were gushing about the ring saying it was 'quite impressive' and 'huge.' At one point, Dion and Elisha both got up and gave a speech and thanked everyone for being there and celebrating this exciting time with them."
