Another 70's sitcom poked fun at this sitcom and stated that if someone wanted peace and quiet than she would enjoy being at the house of the Partridge famiily.
Any fans of the show agree with the statement?

With five kids arguing and the family band rehearsals in the garage, there was very little peace and quiet in the Partridge household.

I didn't understand the reference to the Patridge Family because I never watched the show. So when I was watching Maude last night and she told her maid to work for the Partridge Family if she wanted peace and quiet, I found out that the joke was
"The Partridge Family was never home because they were always traveling which means the maid would have been in a quiet house:lol:

Not only that but the walls between the bedrooms were so thin that when Keith wrote a new song in his bedroom one night, Danny, in the next bedroom overheard it and the next morning claimed to have written it!

Come on! The six Partridges jamming on their instruments were peaceful and quiet - compared to Maude Finlay alone!:rotflmao:
I suddenly, in my head canon, wonder if the Partridges could've been neighbors with the Stephenses on Bewitched. Of course, this all depends on you ignoring the fact that Bewitched actually took place in Westport, Connecticut whereas The Partridge Family series was set in San Pueblo, California.
But still, both were Screen Gems produced sitcoms that were airing on ABC concurrently. The first two seasons of The Partridge Family was running at the same time as the final two seasons of Bewitched (1970-72). Also, the Partridge and Stephens' respective residences were shot on the same lot (https://comforttv.blogspot.com/2014/11/the-real-home-of-comfort-tv.html) in Burbank, California.
