Somebody should seriously start a petition for the fifth season dvd, either on facebook, some other site, or by having people add their e-mails or names to a list. Not sure if CBS would listen to something like that, but if there were enough names, perhaps they would see that we want it.

(c) is the reasons and issues that are holding this up. Everyone wanting a piece of the pie. It has nothing to do with lack of interest.

(c) didn't hold them back with seasons 1,3,4. The market has suffered and they aren't sure if they will be able to make sufficient profits off of it, along with high music expenses. Honestly, I think fans should be grateful for what music is in the sets. People complained, now they've stopped. Right about now, I would rather have the episodes with changed music than none at all.

I think I'd rather them wait as long as possible to attempt to include all the music. If that absolutely can't be done, then they can do it with replacements. I'm afraid that when they use replacements, parts of scenes will be cut out like they were in season 2. It's not worth having the episodes on an official DVD if they're not complete.
