It was Moons Over Seattle. Here's the thread (http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showthread.php?t=292223) that it was discussed and it starts at post #17.

I think there might be one more time somewhere in the series, but I can't place where it is right now. I think it's different from the other times in that he wasn't apologizing for anything and it was only for a second, but I can't remember where it is right now. I'll keep an eye out for it and report back here when I come across it. :)

What about the episode Halloween when Roz finds out she's pregnant and Niles thinks it's Daphne. He gets on his knees and proposes to her. I thought that was really cute and funny. :lol:

That was completely adorable! And I love how in the next episode "The Kid", he apologizes to her before he even walks in the door. Not often you see that kind of continuity, unless they have a two part episode. They didn't really even have to do it like that but it was awesome that they did.
