"24" Alum Heading to "Body of Proof"

"24" alum Annie Wersching will join "Body of Proof" third season for a multi-episode arc, TVLine reports.

Wersching will play a nurse in the new season's two-part premiere.



The ABC series stars Dana Delany as Megan Hunt, a former neurosurgeon who becomes a medical examiner after a life-altering accident. The new season will also welcome Mark Valley as a detective and Megan's former boyfriend .

"Body of Proof" is scheduled to return at midseason.
