Very good point not to mention that they did not even bother to check it out to see what type of place is Paradise Towers. You would have to imagine that such a place would be extremely expensive.

Yeah, it's like that Taxi episode where Latka lived in a luxury apartment for a month. Louie came in and said "It's a nice apartment. You'll feel bad when you have to go" or something like that. If someone offered me a life of luxury for only a year I wouldn't take it because when it was gone after a year I'd know what I was missing and feel like s**t.
