I was introduced to the Jeffersons because of my mom because she watched it every week while she was pregnant with me and after I was born.

My mom got me into Highway Patrol. When the show was on in 1955-1959, she would watch when I was a baby. Decades later I see it on This Tv network .

The F.B.I. My Father would watch this on Sunday Evenings, and I liked how they told what happened to "The Bad Guys" at the end of the show.

There's been a lot.heres 3 though 1) Hee Haw, i was 6 in 1975 and thats around the time i can start remembering seeing it on tv, i think saturday nights. With only one tv and no vcr to tape it and watch something else, had to watch what they watched sometimes. 2) Guiding Light, i remember can remember epsiodes going back to 1979, i was 10.Got home from school and my mom would be watching it so i couldnt watch anything til it was over. so i started getting into that. Watched it from 1979 til it ended its run 2009, any chance i got. In 1983 when we got a vcr and a few months after for my 14th birthday my mom and dad got me a vcr too, by then i had a small tv in my room. so taped guiding light when when ever i wasnt going to be home. And 3) Wrestling, they would watch it, i seen it the first time in 1978, i was 9 and started watching it with the, 34 yrs later i still watch it. thanks to them watching it and me happening to sit and watch. some 34yrs later and over 2000 VHS tapes of wrestling and most likely about 2000 DVDS of wrestling im still hooked lol...Me being into wrestling, i met a girl in a wrestling chat room and married her. so by far wrestling, getting hooked from my mom and dad watching was the best

My stepmother got me into watching Days of our Lives. She watched it when I was in high school. I would watch it with her because it was either that or nothing. After she and my dad divorced, I got into watching it and now I'm hooked.

My mom got me into watching Frasier. When she started watching it, I would watch it with her but not really pay much attention. Only recently did I really get into it. I just love the show now and own every season on DVD. My mom also got me into watching The Andy Griffith Show, Leave it to Beaver, and The Dick Van Dyke Show. I really enjoy the classic shows.

My aunt got me into watching The Golden Girls. When I would be watching Full House, she would change it to The Golden Girls. I would throw a fit of course but I finally got into the show and now I love it. My husband owns every season on DVD.

My husband recently got me into watching several shows that he watches regularly. The Wonder Years, 227, and Living Single. I did watch The Wonder Years periodically before that but now I watch it with him everyday.

Not a tv show but--
The Blondie movies were playing in the summer of 1978 and I didnt think much of it until my dad says I should watch it. That is what got me seriously interested in 30s-70s movies.

Definitely soaps. I lived with my grandparents and when I was home during the day, I watched them with my grandmother. She was an NBC soap fan, but the one that we really enjoyed above them all was Days of Our Lives. My grandfather would come home on his lunch break to watch it.

My dad got me into watching westerns & cop shows. He really liked The Rifleman with Chuck Connors so I ended up watching that one a lot & if it were on now, I'd still watch it. We also watched Laredo, Bonanza, Gunsmoke, The Virginian plus a few others. My mom was never a big tv show watcher when we were young, she was always too busy. My husband thinks it's funny that I know more about those westerns than he does.

Post a request on this board's "Trading Post" or go to either ioffer.com or sell.com. I'm sure someone will be able to help you get this show on DVD. :D

My mom introduced me to "That Girl" when is was in reruns on KDOC back in the 1980s. The opening and closing titles with the kite always amused me.
