I am trying to find episodes of the following brief two night-time soaps on VHS or DVD:

"Secrets of Midland Heights" (1980-1981) CBS
December 6, 1980 to January 24, 1981 for eight episodes.
The show resembled a dark, 1980s-style Peyton Place, both dealing with hidden secrets and scandalous affairs in a small town. Lisa Rogers (Linda Hamilton) carried on with college jock Burt Carroll (Lorenzo Lamas) while also seeing fraternity jerk Mark (Bill Thornbury); good girl heiress Ann Dulles (Doran Clark) secretly dated high school dropout John (Jim Youngs)[1]; Holly Wheeler (played first by Linda Grovernor and then by Marilyn Jones) wanted to lose her virginity to her boyfriend Teddy Welsh (Daniel Zippi), but the teens were shocked to discover her mother Dorothy (Bibi Besch) was having an affair with Teddy's father Nathan (Robert Hogan)-taken from Wikipedia

"King's Crossing" (1982) ABC
January 16, 1982 to February 27, 1982 for seven episodes.
Its roots can be found in the 1980 drama Secrets of Midland Heights, which aired on CBS for eight episodes. When that show was canceled, Lorimar Productions announced it would return in a retooled format; King's Crossing was a completely different show, but employed several actors (including Doran Clark, Linda Hamilton, [Marilyn Jones], and Daniel Zippi) who had also appeared in the earlier drama.
The show centered around the Hollister family relocating to King's Crossing. The father, Paul (Bradford Dillman), was a recovering alcoholic who was hoping for a fresh start with his family and career as an English professor at the town's college. His long-suffering wife Nan (Mary Frann) was also trying to reestablish a connection with her cold and distant Aunt Louisa (Beatrice Straight), who had never approved of Paul. Nan and Paul had two teenage daughters: Lauren (Hamilton), an aspiring pianist who fell into an affair with her piano teacher, symphony conductor Jonathan Hadary (Michael Zaslow), and Carey (Jones), a student curious about Aunt Louisa and family secrets. One of those secrets involved a mysterious person hidden away in an attic room; that person turned out to be their crippled cousin Jillian (Clark). Carey tried to restore Jillian's confidence and draw her further into the family, much to Aunt Louisa's consternation. Louisa's attempts to hide family secrets and the true story behind Jillian's accident were not revealed before the show was canceled. - taken from Wikipedia

So far I only have the 75 minute pilot movie for "King's Crossing".

Thanks.:)

Hi, wondering if you ever found any recordings of King's Crossing? I've been looking for years, unsucessfully. It seems you've had more success than I, as you have the 75 minute pilot movie! I don't have that, and at the very least, would love to see it. Is there a way I could get a copy from you? thanks, Steve
