JamesG 08-22-2012, 01:07 PM "Doctor Who" Season 7 Premiere Date, New Trailer Revealed 08/22/2012 "Doctor Who" Season 7 will kick off on Sat., Sept. 1 in both the US and UK. The season premiere will air at 9 p.m. ET on BBC America. With Season 7 officially scheduled, it's time to say goodbye to Amy Pond and Rory. Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill depart the series in Episode 5, set in New York. "We have, I think, our biggest range of stories ever," series executive producer Steven Moffat said in a statement. "We've got the return of the Daleks and the Weeping Angels – both of them poll-topping Doctor Who adversaries – in cracking new stories, we’ve got Dinosaurs on a Spaceship (it’s what you’ve always wanted), we’ve got a glorious western with a Cyborg Gunslinger, the most unusual invasion Earth story ever and location shooting in New York for the Pond finale." fNHEEZ_I74U http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/22/doctor-who-season-7-premire-date-trailer_n_1821723.html? loaferman 08-22-2012, 01:50 PM I like Smith better than Tenant, but the role definitely should have gone to David Morrissey when Tenant left. That is one of the all-time regrets I have about "Who" casting. Morrissey was fantastic as a Doctor-ish character in that Christmas episode. It felt like he was meant for the role. |
