It seems like the writers were trying to make this a catchphrase. He said it quite often when he appeared, and I always chuckled when he said it. He didn't stay on the show long enough, but I think if he did, it would have caught on.

I think they were looking for the next "Dynomite!" lol

He played the same character on Good Times with a different name. He might have said it on there too. I have to check

That character was nowhere near HIP, he was on the SPECIAL side of things:lol:

I always disliked Mike Evans for messing up the flow of the Jeffersons between seasons 2 and 6 because no telling how good the show could have been if he remained the show for all the seasons
