Frankenstein built Herman, met Count Dracula ( "Grandpa" ), and liked him so much that he gave him the plans for Herman . There was one episode of The Munsters where Herman needed fixing, and Grandpa took Dr . Frankenstein's plans for Herman out of his files . Does anybody remember the episode that explained all this information, and can you give me the name of the episode ?
