Another poster has recently said they think McHale's Navy is a lot better than Gomer Pyle, USMC. I have the opposite opinion, Gomer Pyle is great and I don't care for McHale's Navy at all. Which do you prefer?

I'm more of a fan of Gomer Pyle U.S.M.C. I like McHale's Navy & thought Tim Conway & Ernest Borgnine were a good team but I find Jim Nabors / Gomer Pyle & Frank Sutton / Sgt. Carter to be much funnier.

I remember watching MN with my sister, when I was really really young, and I just couldnt get into it at all. On the other hand, i've been watching GP USMC for years and its always been one of my favorite shows of all time. Mark me down for Gomer Pyle USMC.
