Penn State now that their seasons won't mean sh*t until 2017. The RB for Penn State has now decided to transfer to USC and now Bill O Brien has to coach a team that won't be eligible for no bowl games. So Sad

I think he should resign. No good players are going to play for Penn State so he might as well be coaching little league.
