Amazon is taking pre-orders for "The Lucy Show" the sixth and final season. I just ordered my copy today.

I never pre-order anything, I prefer to wait until the day before the release date and order then. In the case of Lucy Show season 6, if it's released on October 9th, I plan to order it the day before on the 8th, and I'll have the DVD's a few days after that. This method works best for me.

^Same here. I've found that pre-ordering does nothing in getting the DVD set faster to me.

8 MORE DAYS! I plan to pick mine up at Target, that is if they have it! I think I've gotten all seasons from there, except for season 1.

:( Well, I screwed up! I should have pre-ordered!! I ran to Target today, and TLS Season 6 was not there. I was planning on watching it, this evening. Guess I better go to Amazon. Oh, well-- I did pick up I Love Lucy Seasons 1-6 re-releases, however.

Update: Ordered, Tuesday shortly after Noon, and had it in my mailbox TODAY (Thursday), in just about 48 hours!! Now I can watch it THIS evening!!!
