Jonah Hill was teasing a sequel before 21 Jump Street was even released, but now he has backup: Sony exec Doug Belgrad says the studio plans to start shooting the follow-up this fall. Hill and Michael Bacall are back onboard to write the story; it's assumed that directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller, along with national treasure Channing Tatum, will return as well. Vulture would like to use this space to request more Tatum-jumping-through-a-gong scenes, because that was the best.
