While I don't think she is unattractive, I would say that she is far from "hot."

I would take Phoebe over Janice. In looks and, in personality for some odd reason though. I do find Janice more attractive than Monica. At the same time though. I would still rather have Monica’s character permanently on the show. Monica is funnier and, an all around better person.
