Is anyone else watching this? Where did Frasier fall in this countdown???
Frasier hit as number 19. He beat out Murghy Brown and Magnum PI.
I'm wondering if Niles has yet to post. The show is still on as I am posting this.

I have noted that Biography Channel's airing is exactly the same as TV Guide's 25 Greatest Characters. You can look it up online.

The only ones from that list I agree are Lucy & Fonzie. I can see why Lucy Ricardo would be in the top 10 but not #1.

I'm sure this will surprise no one but I think Niles Crane should be #1! That's extremely selfish of me, but he really is my all-time favorite television character! It'd be interesting to see the whole list. Maybe I can catch this show sometime!

Agreed! :) Even though I'm a Lucy fan too. And I like Mary Richards being on the list. :)

I think that Niles should have been on the list instead of Frasier. The only reason it's Frasier is because the show's named after him. But we all know who the real star of that show was (after Eddie, of course). :lol:

Ha ha, you're right! One of my friends and I were talking about Frasier the other day and of course I could' go five minutes without gushing about DHP. He told me that he thinks they should have called the show Niles instead of Frasier. I agree that Niles is the best character on the show, but I kind of like that the show didn't constantly revolve around him. I mean, sometimes you never knew when he was going to show up and when Frasier would go answer the door and I'd see Niles standing there, my heart would do a little leap inside my chest! How's that for sappy?;) Hey, it's Niles we're talking about here and I'm a writer so I can't really help myself! He's completely adorable! :heart: :heart: :heart:
