As of the 14th of July, I've been here a full year (missed my anniversary on Saturday). Since I joined, I've gotten to know some nice people who share the same interest as I, that being this great show. I have shared my thoughts, views and opinions about several cases with alot of people here and got feedback in return. It's been really nice to get to know alot of you and what you think about a bunch of these cases. Never before have I been able to discuss such topics with anyone until I joined this forum. I just want to say "thanks" for everything. :)

Happy One Year Anniversary!!

Congrats and happy one year anniversary! My four year anniversary was on the 14th as well! Seems like it's been so much longer than four years! And I've met so many wonderful friends on this board!

I know what you mean. I love it here and have learned a lot from my fellow posters while discussing one of my all time favorite TV shows. Congrats on your One Year Anniversary here! :dance:

My 12th anniversary on this board was back in April. I still enjoy discussing cases just as much as when I joined. This is still an excellent board after so many years.

12 years? I couldn't imagine staying on a forum for so long, unless it was something very close to my heart.

I've had dead periods off and on (which probably explains why my post total isn't very high) but I always come back. Like the majority of folks here, I saw these segments as a kid and never forgot them. And it's cool to come across folks who, like me, wonder whatever became of the people involved in those memorable cases.

Just to give an idea of how nice the people here are, a couple years back, I was off the forum for around a year. And while I was gone, a 3 page thread was started over the 'unsolved mystery,' of what happened to me. Some were asking me to come back, others joking speculated over what happened to me; like I was abducted by aliens or I drank a poison milkshake from Elizabeth Ortiz. It was funny and touching at the same time.

That's how cool this board is.

Why Happy Anniversary! I’m so glad I found this forum. No one quite understands my sick obsession with this show.. lol it’s refreshing to discuss this show and read everyone’s point of view on certain cases/stories.

I too, am one of those that doesn't post too often, but enjoys the discussion and information that is passed around. I'm relieved to know that there are quite few oddballs out there that care about Unsolved Mysteries and want to know what happened. There are times that I rewatch a case, and wonder what happened, and spend the next hour (that's conservative, I'm sure...) searching for info. Luckily, I've stumbled upon this place, were I can find out stuff! And contribute too! So congrats on the one year anniversary, and may the discussion go on!
