TBS introduced me to the Office and a few months later I purchased 4 seasons on DVD. It didn't take long at all which is why i feel that a show will do well in DVD sales if it's being shown on cable on a daily.
what cable discovery led to your DVD purchase?

Well this happened to me with "Frasier" since I first watched it on Lifetime. Not sure if we're talking about shows that are in syndication on cable or are on cable stations instead of network television. If it's the latter I can add several show to that list!

Seinfeld is next since that is another show I discovered on TBS but not sure when because I know the complete set is well over $100

Same here. Started watching Seinfeld on TBS. Never saw it at all in its original run. Big fan of the show now. :)

Yeah I have to save up for that set. Atleast I get to watch it 4 times a day on TBS until then

Walker, Texas Ranger. Totally missed it when it ran on CBS, but caught its reruns on the Hallmark Channel. Of course I got :angryfireANNOYED:angryfire at all the frequent Commercial Breaks, but when it came out I DVD I snatched it up! :D
