The Brady Bunch mom Florence Henderson wasn't the only TV matriarch with less than motherly feelings for one of her TV offspring.

In an interview with the New York Post about her upcoming memoir, Not Young, Still Restless, The Young and the Restless star Jeanne Cooper discussed her romance with Beau Kazer, who played Brock, the son of her character, Kay Chancellor, on the sudser. Said Cooper:


We had dinner one night and then, it went further. He made the first move. But the age difference was not for me. He kept saying he had no problem with it and that age meant nothing to him.

Does Cooper still have a thing for her former co-star? She revealed:

I still can’t say ‘hi’ to him without, well, you know.

Cooper's book hits stores July 31.

Ultimately if they cared for each other, it's none of my business, but yeah, the onscreen relationship had to be VERY awkward to perform given their...personal connection. :o
