Well that footage must be OLD then because I swear it's nothing else around the tower that is seen. Look below. In the beginning of season 4 you only see one tower and nothing next to it

All the other cast members along with whatever guests stars appeared in that episode were credited in the closing credits during season 4

I think that's how most of the MTM shows did it. The only show I can think of that had an exception was The Bob Newhart Show who did have Suzanne Pleshette in the opening credits. The rest of the cast was still in the closing credits though.
