Here's how you play...

Be the first player to complete the expression "up your nose with a rubber hose". Each player in the game will assume the identity of one of the student characters in Mr. Kotter's class. By moving to the front desk of each row, a player collects six word cards that complete the expression. Drawing of Woodman and Kotter cards may also help.

I read somewhere that WBK merchandise is worth a bit of money. The dolls are worth 45 bucks a piece and if it was a Vinnie Barbarino doll it was worth 50 bucks!

It kind of looks like an old board game called 'Go to the Head of the Class'. I would have played the 'Up Your Nose' game back in the day. I also remember the 'Happy Days' board game.
