well since Mr. Griffith passed away at the ripe old age of 86 i want to do a battle between two of Andy Griffith's hit shows from two different genres Matlock which of course you guys know it's a legal drama and The Andy Griffith Show which was a very popular light-hearted sitcom in the early 60's

so which of these two shows did you like Andy Griffith on the most: Matlock or The Andy Griffith Show?
