This is easily one of the most favourite episodes from the series.

oh it was a gem...I'd heard about this clip before from my painstaking study of the Youtube comments on the videos, but never could find it. Speaking of Youtube comments; on one of the Youtube vidoes for this episode, the actor who played that funny narrator (I think his name is Maurice--the one that loves saying 'Tootie') has given us a few comments of his own. I don't think it's fake, and he gives nice info on what went on when the episode was being made.
