Portland Trail Blazers do a pretty good job today in the draft.We picked up a point guard and a center in the first round.Along with a shooting guard and another point guard in the second round.We took care of the postions we needed to take care of.Now let's just hope these guys stay injury free and that they are as good as advertised.I think my fav out of them all. Might be the shooting guard from the second round will Burton.But it's a little too soon to tell.What are your thoughts on The Blazers draft today?

To be honest with you, I don't know a whole lot about the players selected since I only follow the college game casually, but based on what I have read about them, on paper, it seems like we did a pretty good job. As you stated, we did a nice job of picking up guys who filled in the positions and areas where we were most in need. I really like Lillard as our sixth pick based on what I have read about him. One of the best scorers and shooters in the Nation, with great athleticism. A quality Center is probably what we needed most, so I am pleased with that pick too. Haven't read anything about the guys we picked up in round two, but am very optimistic in who we picked up in round one. Looks like a great start for us in the rebuilding process.

Well we are in the same boat.I don't follow college basketball either.All i know is what i have read.From the looks of it though.It seems like we are off to a good start.The shooting guard Will Burton.From what i have read he was one of the better shooting guards avaliable in the draft.He is a good shooter and good rebounder very athletic.That being said i still think we need to pick up some vetrans in free agency.Oh and the other point guard who i mentioned that we picked up in the 2nd round.We already delt him away to the nets.For cash i think.

Blazers have offered,Roy Hibbert star center from the pacers a nice deal.To come join us.If he does we will be picking up one of the best centers in the nba and he's young too 25.

This is a bit off topic.But it looks like Brandon Roy is returning.Bulls,Twolves,Cavs .Are on the list of possible teams.I can't believe he is coming back.But it won't be too Portland:(
