I been watching the NBA Draft coverage and it made me think of Archie because in the ESPN promos I keep hearing "Old Kentucky Home"

ANd in the episode Lionel The Live In Archie said he wanted Lionel to leave soon because his friends would think the Bunker Home is "your old Kentucky home"

What was behind that phrase? I see it had something to do with uncle tom cabin's but still not clear
