From the moment the Guy moved next to her, she gave him a hard time. One day she shoots him and then runs, But in the segement I watched, thay had not yet caught her. When they went into her place they found stuff suggesting she was a Racist. Does anyone know if they ever caught her?

That's Malaika Griffin. She killed her neighbor Jason Horsely. The linked site below says she was caught in 2005.

"On June 4, 2005, after Griffin was profiled on America's Most Wanted, a tip lead the FBI to arrest her in El Cajon, California. She had been working at a biotechnology firm under an assumed name. She was found guilty of Jason's murder and was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole."

Snapped on Oxygen also covered this case. I remember that Griffin claimed the racist writings were part of a play or book she was writing.

Reminds me of Samuel Jackson in Lakeview Terrace.

Haven't watched this one in some time. I don't even recall them updating it in the Robert Stack version, only Farina's version.
