Why didn't Florida go to the welfare office and see if she could get emergency help for the rent? I know in at least one other episode Florida and Willona went down to the welfare to get emergency rental money so, why not this time? James wasn't alive anymore to tell her "no".
When Florida suggested they sell their only television, Michael objected because he wanted to watch "The Waltons"...really now? Someone once said how much of a lavender-a** Michael was on this show. I blew them off, but after watching him in this episode, I think they were right. Michael would be watching other shows, but not the Waltons. Then he makes a comment as the television is being rolled away..."Goodnight John-Boy." *smh*
When J.J. is explaining to the family about the guy with the gun who robbed him of the television, Michael asks J.J., "You gave him the television set?" J.J.'s response was funny, but Michael asking that question just sounded crazy.
Eugene Pruitt - Was he in the bathroom? The unemployment lady called his names a few times, but he never approached the desk.
