DVD and Blu-ray Disc releases have been announced today by Universal for The Office - Season 8. Scheduled for September 4th, you'll see guest stars (some recurring in season-long arcs) such as James Spader, Catherine Tate, Stephen Collins, Dee Wallace, Michael Schur, Maura Tierney, Jack Coleman, Georgia Engel, David Koechner, Andy Buckley, and a special "stealth" cameo appearance by departed cast member Steve Carell in the episode "Trivia" (but NOT as "Michael Scott"). Cost is $49.98 SRP for the 5-disc DVD version, and $59.98 SRP for the 5-disc Blu-ray version that includes UltraViolet digital versions of the episodes (must be redeemed by 4/30/15)
