View Full Version : CONGRATULATIONS TO THE MIAMI HEAT, THE 2012 NBA CHAMPIONS TVFactFan 06-12-2012, 10:58 AM Lebron finally gets a ring after 9 years, well deserved hawkeye123 06-12-2012, 10:12 PM Let the Game begin, tonight at 9pm on ABC and I expect the Thunder to win BIG!!! This is one of the only teams in the NBA who have a good starting Five and a good bench. And when a team has both they are unstoppable Miami 88 Thunder 103 That was really Bostons down fall.Lack of any bench once so ever.OKC does have a very good team.I expect them to win this too. They really have everything a team needs.A superstar in Kevin Durant,a great point guard Russell Westbrook, and 2 of the most hard nosed defencive players in the nba today Ibalka and Perkins.Aswell as a solid bench. I don't know, the Heat looks mad that the entire country picked the Thunder to win the series. I haven't seen the Heat play this good since the 1st round hawkeye123 06-12-2012, 10:18 PM I don't know, the Heat looks mad that the entire country picked the Thunder to win the series. I haven't seen the Heat play this good since the 1st round Yeah,i mean as much as i dislike Lebron James.I can't deny he is pretty good.So is D.Wade and Chris Bosh.OKC is starting to come alive now.May the best team win. TVFactFan 06-12-2012, 10:22 PM Yeah,i mean as much as i dislike Lebron James.I can't deny he is pretty good.So is D.Wade and Chris Bosh.OKC is starting to come alive now.May the best team win. It's not even them, It's shawn Battier and Mario Chalmers who combined for 23 pts in the first half hawkeye123 06-12-2012, 10:27 PM It's not even them, It's shawn Battier and Mario Chalmers who combined for 23 pts in the first half yeah, ive always liked Shane.Since he was with houston.Marios very inconsistant but he's alright. hawkeye123 06-12-2012, 10:30 PM Wow what about Haslem. With 9 rebs. Not too shabby! TVFactFan 06-12-2012, 10:36 PM OKC just cut the lead to one now I want to see if they can take the lead and run away with the game hawkeye123 06-13-2012, 12:09 AM Thunder very impressive in game 1.Kevin Durant is probably the best scorer in the nba. TVFactFan 06-13-2012, 12:13 AM Thunder very impressive in game 1.Kevin Durant is probably the best scorer in the nba. Today's Michael Jordan, the man is unstoppable simmytbone 06-13-2012, 02:50 AM OKC ALL THE WAY and did I mention that Lebron James CHOKED in the 4th Quarter? I smell a clean sweep just like 5 years ago KurtfromPitts 06-13-2012, 11:36 AM I wonder how fans of the former SuperSonics [now the Thunder] in Seattle are responding to their former team in the finals. TVFactFan 06-13-2012, 04:46 PM Relax everyone it's only ONE GAME. Remember the Thunder have to go to Miami for 3 straight games and they are 4-3 on the road in the playoffs. hawkeye123 06-13-2012, 04:50 PM Statistics mean nothing in the playoffs.I don't know why you keep bringing that stuff up lol. It's all about who plays better. TVFactFan 06-13-2012, 04:59 PM Statistics mean nothing in the playoffs.I don't know why you keep bringing that stuff up lol. It's all about who plays better. Because the Spurs were up 2-0 and everyone thought that they were in the Finals and then they lost 4 in a row. So I been watching the NBA long enough to know that you don't overreact because of one win hawkeye123 06-13-2012, 05:05 PM Because the Spurs were up 2-0 and everyone thought that they were in the Finals and then they lost 4 in a row. So I been watching the NBA long enough to know that you don't overreact because of one win I never said they we're in the finals. But they sure had a good shot of being. It's very rair that any team is going to get beat 4 times in a row. That was shocking and may be the most shocking thing ive ever seen in basketball. It's certanaly not the norm.I just get sick of everybody always picking the young teams and young guys. When there has been plenty times in history. When the old guys spanked the young guys.It just gets annoying.Nobody remembers the past only what happened yesterday.Ive been watching my whole life and i know exactly what i'm talking about when it comes to basketball. I just noticed that most fans react to the last thing that happens in a series. Now if Miami wins game 2 everyone will be saying that they will go home and win 3 in a row:lol: That's just how things have always been in the playoffs MrCleveland 06-14-2012, 01:51 PM GO OKLAHOMA! 2nd Game is tonight! TVFactFan 06-14-2012, 08:26 PM Game 2 tonight How will the Heat respond??? Pavan 06-14-2012, 11:58 PM No sweep, Solomon. Not going 5 either. TVFactFan 06-15-2012, 12:04 AM No sweep, Solomon. Not going 5 either. Well of course it's not going 5 because that would mean OKC would win 3 games in a row-LOL And I never said anything about a SWEEP, that was another stupid poster in this thread and I was the one who had to tell him to calm down and stop talking ******** Pavan 06-15-2012, 01:27 AM You predicted 5. And you also said something about 4-0 here: http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showpost.php?p=4688526&postcount=35 TVFactFan 06-15-2012, 01:31 AM You predicted 5. And you also said something about 4-0 here: http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showpost.php?p=4688526&postcount=35 I been saying 5 since the series started. It will probably go 7 now. I said it wouldn't shock me to see them win 4-0 but I predicted they would win in 5 games TVFactFan 06-19-2012, 11:55 PM Heat Up 3-1 and will close out on Thursday Night Pavan 06-20-2012, 12:12 AM So you say they close out Thursday. That means there will be a game 6...thanks! lol TVFactFan 06-20-2012, 12:15 AM So you say they close out Thursday. That means there will be a game 6...thanks! lol Pav it's over. OKC has a stupid coach, a ******** point guard and a skinny franchise player who takes dumb shots Dont hate, congratulate hawkeye123 06-20-2012, 12:48 AM Pav it's over. OKC has a stupid coach, a ******** point guard and a skinny franchise player who takes dumb shots Dont hate, congratulate They have a good coach,One of the best point guards,And one of the best players in the nba today. That's the case if they win or lose the series..I do agree Durant should bulk up though. The coach is the cause of their last 2 losses hawkeye123 06-20-2012, 01:00 AM The coach is the cause of their last 2 losses You can't put that on just the coach. It's just two good teams. But it seems like miami might be better. Pavan 06-20-2012, 01:02 AM Pav it's over. OKC has a stupid coach, a ******** point guard and a skinny franchise player who takes dumb shots Dont hate, congratulate Just last week you were saying OKC in 5 games. So you have no credibility lol. Let them play game 5 before you congratulate the Heat. They are likely winning the series but game 5 is not a guarantee. TVFactFan 06-20-2012, 01:03 AM You can't put that on just the coach. It's just two good teams. But it seems like miami might be better. I blame the coach because he didn't say this to his team when they were up 17 "We are going to slow the game down now since we have a big lead. We don't need to be in a rush since they need to catch up to us. Remember, slow the game down" TVFactFan 06-20-2012, 01:05 AM Just last week you were saying OKC in 5 games. So you have no credibility lol. Let them play game 5 before you congratulate the Heat. They are likely winning the series but game 5 is not a guarantee. Pav the OKC spirit is broken, they came out and jumped up to a 17 pt lead and still lost the game. They have nothing left for game 5:lol: hawkeye123 06-20-2012, 01:09 AM I blame the coach because he didn't say this to his team when they were up 17 "We are going to slow the game down now since we have a big lead. We don't need to be in a rush since they need to catch up to us. Remember, slow the game down" They should know what to do themselves.Control there pace and play defence. This is the playoffs you can not let Mario Chalmers score 20 plus pts. I still say they win games though. And i hope the series. But it really looks like Miami unfortanetly. The coach gets a check to remind them Regulus 06-22-2012, 08:30 AM Miami Heat :bouncers 2012 NBA :king:CHAMPIONS!!!:king: :bouncers Dianne3 06-22-2012, 02:04 PM Why was Game 5 in Miami? Weren't they the lower seed? The 2-3-2 format sucks. It's not like these millionaries are riding buses, so game 5 should have been with the higher seed. TVFactFan 06-22-2012, 02:43 PM Why was Game 5 in Miami? Weren't they the lower seed? The 2-3-2 format sucks. It's not like these millionaries are riding buses, so game 5 should have been with the higher seed. In the Finals, it's the 2-3-2 format which means the higher seed team gets the first two and last two games at home. The lower seed team gets the middle three games That's why it's always so important for the higher seed team to win the first two games at home just in case they lose all three on the road. isiahthomas 06-23-2012, 12:29 PM I wanted Oklahoma to win because i thought they have a better team but i was wrong. I'm happy for Lebron and Dwayne Wade because they're both very good players. This is Dwayne's 2nd championship. Hopefully Lebron and Dwayne can win several championships. I'm happy for Chris Bosh too. I was very surprised Mike Miller hit 7-8 three pointers in the last game. I noticed Joel Anthony didn't play that much this series for Miami and i wonder why because he's a good shotblocker. Mario Chalmers did play well and Norris Cole was a surprise also. I'm happy Norris got his first championship because he's from Cleveland and i'm happy to see any athlete from Cleveland win a championship. Jericho-79 06-23-2012, 02:15 PM Congrats to the Heat. I was kind of pulling for OKC just to see the collective reactions of Seattle Sonics fans. MrCleveland 06-25-2012, 02:14 PM It's official...
