Do you ever stop to wonder about certain tv/sitcom stars, as to whatever happened to them?

I was just sitting here wondering whatever happened to Ruth Buzzi?

I googled her and found she still makes public appearences at events across the country. I guess she's retired from acting.

I've never heard of her.

She as a cast member on the 1960s show Laugh-In and years later, she played Screech's mom in an episode of Saved by the Bell.

I always find it so enjoyable to see forgotten stars in their early shows. Ruth was in THAT GIRL for a few episodes.

Ruth and Artie Johnson were a hoot as the little old lady and man in the park on 'Laugh In'.

Yes, I was just thinking whatever happened to Crystal Bernard from "Wings" she seems to have vanished after that show ended, whereas the other cast members have worked steadily over the years, Tim Daly and Steven Weber have worked consistently, Tony Shaloub got MONK, Rebecca Schull has worked in supporting roles as a character actress and even Amy Yasbeck continues to work on occasion. and of course Thomas Haden Church became a big star.


Other than Bernard, only the big guy that played Roy hasn't worked.
