When Jack Barry and Dan Enright revived their game show partnership in the mid 70s with Break the Bank and The Joker's Wild, it paved the way for shows like Tic Tac Dough, Bullseye and Play the Percentages. But did all those shows look pretty much the same? To me, it's because they were question and answer games that had a bonus round where you had to earn $1000 without something happening to you (e.g spinning a devil or finding the dragon). Your thoughts on this piece of game show lore.

I pretty much agree with you (X gets the square).

They all had the same damn endgame. Avoid the bad guy or lose your money.

The lone exception would may be Hot Potato and or maybe The Hollywood Connection.

Sure they had the same endgame, but I prefer Face the Devil, Beat the Dragon and Bonus Island over the other endgames ANYDAY

I also liked Hot Potato

Although Bullseye's Endgame is exciting and intense
