Did anybody ever feel like the writers were toying with the idea of Jerry and Carol as a couple/love interest, kind of like what was done with Howard and Ellen? You know like in the episode where they (kissed, almost kissed, I honestly don't remember which), and when he asked her out a couple of times, said he liked her? I'm relieved this didn't happen, but it seems at points like it was in the works. Did you think so?
