Brian Damage 06-04-2012, 11:36 PM Yup with commercials. very cool ajgenard 06-05-2012, 09:20 PM Don't quote me on this but I believe that "Chuckles Bites the Dust" isn't in MeTV's regular cycle either. It was skipped during the last cycle. I wasn't watching this time around so I can't confirm it. Oddly enough when WPXI launched MeTV here in Pittsburgh last year they had a "preview" the day before on the main channel where they aired an episode of MASH and MTM which just happened to be the Chuckles episode. Really strange they don't reliably air the 2 most iconic episodes. Considering the senseless nature of 20th Cent. Fox, it wouldn't be surprising to learn their exclusion is part of the syndication deal with MeTV. During the rerun cycle of season 6 a few weeks ago I watched "Chuckles" so I can confirm it aired on ME here in Ohio anyway. But I have noticed that the shows are not aired in order and many are skipped, so perhaps this time around the final episode will be aired. The final episode won't be aired, I confirmed it two days ago. Next Tuesday they go back to season 1 after episode 23 of season 7 Unusual! Some rights issue somewhere? Is there a higher asking price for that one episode? (weird, but considering Fox is holding season five of Rhoda hostage for the same reasons, who knows?????) At least we have everything on DVD now... Did Hallmark show the finale in its brief airings of MTM? tvfreak1987 09-11-2012, 08:05 PM According to the metvnetwork.com schedule, "The Last Show" will air on 9/23 at 4pm EST during the Me-TV Sunday Showcase. EDIT: Not the original version, though. The Curtain Call closing wasn't included. The regular Season 7 closing aired. mets82 09-23-2012, 06:10 PM I saw the MTM finale as well today as I've never seen it. I thought it was good. Nice to see Rhoda and Phyllis back as well. Btw, you probably knew this by watching the episode but the kid who played Ted Baxter's son in the episode, I think, was Cousin Oilver from The Brady Bunch. Also, Mr. Coleman was played by the guy who played Frank Lorenzo in All in the Family. ajgenard 09-23-2012, 07:02 PM I saw the MTM finale as well today as I've never seen it. I thought it was good. Also, Mr. Coleman was played by the guy who played Frank Lorenzo in All in the Family. Yeah it was definitely nice to see the finale in the schedule, albeit somewhat edited and during this MeTV Sunday Showcase (which has thus far been a wasted oppurtunity in my eyes, but that's another story). That was indeed Cousin Oliver, played by Robbie Rist. He was Ted & Georgette's adopted son for a few episodes during the last couple seasons. However I'll always remember him as the voice of Michelangelo in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films that are so near and dear to my heart. That's only something that is seen when it airs originally I don't know what DVDs you got, but I got the curtain call in my Season 7 DVD set. When I bought it from Barnes & nobles, I even put the last disc and played the last few minutes of the final episode to see if it was there and it WAS! I was so happy I got a copy with the original ending. Some copies had it and some copies didn't. You had to be pretty lucky to get a set with the original ending and curtain call. Oh ok, that was a nice feature for a DVD. But the poster was wondering why the curtain call wasn't on Me-Tv and that's not something that is show in syndication. And for it to be on DVD that is very rare which is great for fans of the show Mtdawg 12-28-2012, 07:39 PM Me tv just recycled the show again and just like in march ended with the season episode with Ted and georgette show..no finale. TVFactFan 12-28-2012, 07:49 PM Me-TV needs to get rid of the show because it's ******** to constantly air all the eps except for the last one. OhMr_Grant 06-05-2014, 09:39 PM I know this a old topic, but Me-TV is still airing the second to last episode.
