Actress Janet Carroll, who played Al Bundy's boss Gary, the owner of Gary's Shows on Married with Children died on May 22, 2012 after a long, unspecified illness. She was 71 years old.

Janet was perhaps best known for her part as Tom Cruise's mom in the 80's movie "Risky Business".

Wow, I didnt know that she died. I remember her on Married with Children towards the end of the series. I think one of her best episodes when she was dating Bud.
