It was a commercial for a name brand medicine. It had a toddler/baby playing drums and cymbals and it was giving the dad a headache. It was around 2000 or 2001.

I believe it's a commercial for Dayquil that you are talking about and it debuted in 2001/02 and it looks really funny and I always thought it was cute featuring the dad and the baby
