Now that N@N are showing the first season episodes again, its a good chance to see Coach again. Personally, I think Cheers was best with the first cast (Sam, Diane, Coach, Carla, Norm); the stories were very funny and heartwarming..like Coach was. He was Sam's best friend and helped him through his drinking crises. My favorite scene was the uplifting speech he gave to his daughter,and made her feel she was someone special and helped her to avoid marrying a scumbug. What was your favorite episode or scene featuring the Coach?

I don't have a favorite scene, but one of my favorite "Coach" episodes was "Coachie Makes Three", when Coach begins to hang around Diane and Sam too often, and they don't have any intimate time. I am sure that there are other ones, but that is the one that comes to mind for me right now. I loved Coach. He will always be missed.:crying:

coach was VERY VERY VERY cool i agree,and a I ALSO AGREE WITH YA ALL THE WAY ON THE FIRST ORIGANL CAST BEING THE BEST AND WHEN COACH WAS TALKING TO HIS DAUGHTER,but another reall good scene i like is when coach is upset after being dumped by that stupied greedy ungenuiene lady who won the lottery and then sam and diane decided to take him out for pizza or something simaler and they all started singing and the phone was ringing and of course we knew that it was probably the the lady phoning him back,but for him it was over,i really thought that was quit sad,and the coach reternes to action to was another of my favorite shows of the coach,so i guess there are really to many good ones to name allthough thoses ones and the one with the coachs daughter are definitly my favorite episodes involving the very loveable coach

theres another one with coach in it THAT I ALSO REALLY REALLY LIKED,when coach was the manger of a kids softball team and turned from being a really nice coach to being that hard driven uptight,it was interesting seeing a complete change in the coachs personalliy but of course i was really glad to see him change back into the coach that everybody loves alot

I enjoyed the scene where cliff was trying to explain to coach about the fallen tree.
