Simple question: Is anyone aware of in any interview conducted with Valerie where she has spoken of her relationship with Julie Kavner? I know that Valerie has always spoken highly of working with MTM, Cloris, Ed Asner and even Nancy Walker and Harold Gould but I've never heard her mention her experiences working with Julie?

I remember seeing Valerie on the UK chat show Wogan in the 80s,and they showed a clip of the Rhoda pilot.

She said she remembered the lines clearly,how great Nancy Walker was and how great Julie Kavner was,particularly,her New York accent and Julie had never been to New York,before getting the part of Brenda.


I always get the impression Julie doesn't take part in reunion shows of Rhoda,she wasn't on the Sally one but guess she's busy with "The Simpsons".

Julie was happy to take part in a feature on the season one DVD of "Rhoda" but I read, it fell through.
