There is talk, according to tvguide.com that a Quantum Leap reunion is in the works. It's not confirmed but has been brought up recently. Scott Bakula is all for it as well as Donald P. Bellisario. That is great news!
More news when it becomes available.
You would think the producers of "Star Trek - Enterprise" would find an excuse to get Dean Stockwell on an episode. That would be the closest thing to a Quantum Leap reunion we're going to see in the immedaite future.

I heard back in March that Dean did appear on Enterprise. Since I don't watch the show but am a HUGE QL fan, did anyone here see the episodes Dean was in? I heard on a yahoo group that this was a way to kind of test the waters to see if a possible QL movie would receive good ratings. If it were put on any night but Friday or Saturday and not against something extremely popular like CSI or ER or even Enterprise, it should do pretty well. I don't even know if the ratings for his appearances (I heard he made 2) would really be a good indication since there are so many more Star Trek fans (Trekkers) than there are Quantum Leap ones (Leapers). Even when QL was still on the air, they drew a little under 1 thousand people about. I just hope they do a movie where Sam finally makes it home. I'd be happy with just that rather than more episodes. If any of you QL fans are interesting in reading new episodes, there's a website at http://pvtonline.com called Phoenix Virtual Television. It's a great site that continues a series when a network cancels it too soon with new episodes written. They also have a virtual 2nd season of The Fugitive which was cancelled by CBS after the 2000-2001 season.

I loved Quantum Leap, it was really a unique show. It should be in syndication because it was one of the best written dramas in the last 20 years.
I didn't see the Star Trek episode, but one of my friends did - she said Stockwell had a little calculator like thing that he kept plugging into - a total homage to QL :D They really should do a reunion or movie or something. Come to think of it, there weren't that many principal actors... what, three? four? Kinda small reunion. Oh well. They should do it anyway :)
