'Will & Grace' actors Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes remember having very different reactions to meeting each other when the cast did their first table read. "I met Megan, all dressed in black," Hayes said. "And I thought, 'Who does this girl think she is?'" Mullally says Hayes had an "incredible smile," she said. "I was like, 'Oh my God, who is that cute little elfin person?' I was very taken with him right away."

Well, I hope their off-screen rapport parallels their on-screen chemistry. Two wonderful talent who always made me guffaw when I watched the show.
