I notice that my second to last thread has obtained thirty-one views and zero replies. Thirty-one years ago was 1981. As I am sure that a lot of you know, this was the year that "Gimme a Break!" made its debut. However, I have already made several commemoration posts about the birth of "Gimme a Break!". Because of this, I have decided to commemorate the thirty-one views of this thread my mentioning something else that has gone on in the world at that time. Do any of you remember a very short-lived series called the "Brady Brides"? This came out as a replacement show in the spring of 1981. It was on at eight-thirty Friday Nights. However, it came to an end after only about two months. In other words, it began and ended before "Gimme a Break!" ever came to be! A lot of people who I have known and read about on the Internet looked at this as, more or less, a joke in its own time. However, I did not think that it was all that bad. What do people that are reading this thread think?
